01 / CAPABILITIES
Sheet cutting to drawing geometry
Cutting with reduced thermal impact
Holes, slots and repeated patterns
Forming angles and three-dimensional shapes
Feasibility, tolerances and lead times are confirmed after reviewing the drawings, material, thickness, quantity and production schedule.

Roll bending, machining-center (MCT) work and other machining are undertaken after reviewing drawings, material, dimensions and quality requirements and consulting with the customer. General welding that does not require a welding procedure specification (WPS) is available after drawing and quality review. Oxy-fuel and plasma cutting are arranged through subcontractors.

04 / PROCESS
We review material, thickness, quantity, tolerances and inspection requirements to define the fabrication scope.
We select suitable processes for the geometry and material, then plan the work sequence and production schedule.
We apply laser cutting, waterjet cutting and CNC punching as required by the drawing.
WEBER deburring equipment removes residual burrs and finishes edges for subsequent processing and handling.
We form angles and three-dimensional shapes. Selected machining operations and general welding are coordinated after drawing and quality review.
We check parts against the agreed drawings and inspection criteria, then prepare them for packing and shipment.
